It was scorching sun and his shimmering heat, who was not allowing me to face his power. But my determination and grit to meet Smitha madhav dint bother his heat. It was my childhood wish to meet her since I saw her movie “BALARAMAYANAM”. Those beautiful eyes and bubbly face and the character of sita in that movie made me go nostalgic about her and strongly made a print in my mind, heart and soul that I have to meet her. Days passed, months passed, years passed am are done with my graduation. There was a sudden change in my destiny and have to join pg diploma in journalism and got into magazine. That’s how I met her. It was my job to collect information for a column called “HAPPY DAYS”. That’s how I got into web world and caught her contact and tried calling her. When I heard her voice over phone, although it was a voice of carnatic singer but yet I felt even it to be authoritative and straight forward. And next day went to her home to do my interview. Ya, you would find a small garden with plants and flowers. In the middle you find Tulasi plant which is treated as Goddess in our country. And just climbed the steps and I was warmly greeted by a puppy toy written on it tag “welcome”. It sounds to that they are animal lovers’ present here. I just stepped in; it was like a traditional home with lot of paintings and sculptures. Then in no time, I saw the “SITA”. And she just came and sat right in front of my eyes. Those beautiful eyes of her will not allow you to move anywhere else in the world. She was dressed in a blue chudidar simple and had clipped her hair. Then I started my interview. As I was a budding journalist, it was a bit difficult for me to catch people easily. The way she spoke authoritatively made me feel that she has good leader ship qualities. Definitely, why wouldn’t a Lawyer possess those qualities? Later I came to know that she is a gold medalist in Law from PRR College of law. That sounded really nice. She is a mix of everything. Within my talk, she showed all the flavors of an Indian dish. Indian dish is very much known for its quality of all kinds of spices right from sweet to sour. Madurai born traditional Tamilian and a pakka Hyderabadi showed every spice which she imbibed into her through her journey of life. She was very much observative and reacted through all her body.
I’ve told you that I was welcomed by a puppy toy, ya Smitha madhav is an animal lover has a pet and it’s named Cleopatra. She described her that she is very lazy. And she loves her a lot. “Most of the times, I live in Madurai only. But when I get time will come to Hyderabad and the reason is Cleopatra.” I, the person who runs away from dogs, told her that I wanted to have a photograph of hers and Cleopatra. But let me tell u it was very good and cool as Smitha told. Poor little friend got hurt in her eyes and leg, she found herself very difficult to move. Then Smitha brought a candy for her and it came into the arms of Smitha.
It was my journey to Smitha and her home was totally embellished with beautiful paintings and sculptures. She posed a photograph with me. That was really enjoying for me meeting her. That’s how My Dream became true!
