My 21rst Birthday and Keerthi’s cutlery!!!!!!!!

My 21rst Birthday and Keerthi’s cutlery!!!!!!!!

Don’t know why, my heart started feeling happy and was eventually beating faster and faster just to pass away those five minutes and step in to my 21 Happy Birthday. But contrast to my opinion, it was completely a different situation that actually occurred and made feel sad. Thinking about it I wandered in to the chimera of sleep.

You may be surprised to fathom what keerthi’s cutlery is doing in my birthday! Well just give me some time; I will open the knots one by one. This article is about my 21rst birthday, that I actually celebrated with my friends. Then what is that actually provoking me to pen down thoughts on the web? Yes, there are few hidden facts which made me feel to write about this.

It was late evening and heavy traffic that encircled Khairtabad circle resulting in jam. Returning after an interview session to the office made me little dead beat. I submitted the article to my Editor and left home. It is only after reaching the bus station near my home; I realized that my mobile was actually missing. I was in a pitiable state and this made me to ring up my team and inquire about the mobile phone. Luckily it was safe in the office and my colleague promised me to get the mobile phone safely in some time.

The situation was a jerk to me, since the following day was my birthday. It is common for every one and especially for a girl who is heading in to 21 to worry about phone, when the mid-night phone calls from friends are the ones which bring smile on the lips. And within no time, my colleague handed over the phone and I left home thinking about the phone calls that would ring me up.

Last year, it was waiting time for me to hear the first wish from my beloved friends. Thinking about it, I landed in to the world of dreams and had a short nap. I don’t know how the clock in my mind was set, that it actually made me to wake up at sharp 11:55 pm of 14th July. Don’t know why, my heart started feeling happy and was eventually beating faster and faster just to pass away those five minutes and step in to my 21 Happy Birthday.

But contrast to my opinion, it was completely different situation that actually occurred. One of my net friends suddenly called me up and wished me. I wasn’t surprised but actually was waiting for my dear friends calls. Then just spoke and put off the phone. Eagerly was waiting for the calls from my dear ones. But none turned up and that eventually made me to feel bad about it. Thinking about it I wandered in to the illusion of sleeping world.

Its morning and calls started pouring from every one and that actually made me feel happy. There were calls from all my beloved friends to celebrate the birthday in a pakka home style. You may think what is so special about this? Since it is natural to celebrate in the home. But yes, there are hidden secrets in this recipe.

Kept a message to my Magazine editor, that I won’t be attending the office. Time passed quickly, got a call from Keerthi that she will be cooking for the lunch and prepare things at my place. I was startled to hear this because I very well know the cutlery skills of her and have been a very terrible victim of her food recipes. Then I put a word to her, will you be able to manage the things, she told with a big Yes. My mother was having a function to attend and I asked her to leave. She prepared veg-Biryani and left the place. Keerthi turned up and we went shopping to the market to collect ingredients in order to cook chicken and a vegetable curry.

We came back home and started preparing stuffs for the lunch. I was involved in mashing the masalas and grinding the ingredients to make a delicious hot soup. Within no time, entered Dandy David with his Black Berry and turned in to an International photographer to show case his photography skills. We budding journalists, turned in to anchors and started exhibiting our innate oratory skills blended with cutlery. We had whole lot of photos and video sessions. Then Sirisha, the social activist entered the den to discuss about our Kitchen investigation crime and lended a hand to the art. We all were having whole lot of fun and joy. Everything prepared and just some time left for lunch.

Then joined “Wake-up Anup” fame, Mr. Anup to make it more ecstatic. You may be shocked what is Wake up Anup doing over here instead of Wake up Sid! Well, if you really want to know, then probably you have to wait for a little more time since it is a great legendary story about Anup. With humpty-dumpty beats in my heart, we celebrated the occasion. It was a gleam of joy that surfaced my home with laughs, freaks and many more. We had lunch session filled with chocolates, giggles, laughs, smiles and annoying comments on Keerthis cutelry. Time passed and every one adieu me and landed to their home place. Truly, love you all for making my day so special and memorable.

Babloo’s Birthday Bash

But my tiny brother who’s always in his own world is reluctant to the idea of photography. He was very much interested in the birthday cake ……

It is my customary style from office to home. A phone call from one of my good friend made me to trip her place. Having fine quantity of snacks at her place we both started to my home. To our surprise, we found it to be filled with lots of people, enhancing embellishments and small children. The special occasion is Babloo’s birthday. The last and adorable toddler of our family always pampered, mollycoddled and gathers everyone’s love.

If we do a petite deeper investigation about this 12 month old tiny tot, you could truly assemble a lot of information. Chubby cheeks, round face, fluffy personality, black eyes, silky hair and a beautiful body language with a captivating smile attracts all of us to kiss this little darling. His tiny structure with two teeth and mumbo jumbo uttering makes everyone around to laugh with all the 32 teeth put out. Always a toy in my mother’s hand, babloo hardly plays with any of us in the home. Of course, he mingles only with my little sister and brother.

The moment the clock ticks 7 in the morning, he comes to my place crawling from the ground floor. He makes weird sounds and augury so as to understand that the prince is on the way and we have to welcome him. And my mother comes all the way from second floor and takes him to the room and offers him all kinds of dishes that please him. And this continues till the late twilight. After seeing the place, I invited my friend to join the party and then started the actual hungama. It’s been a very long time for me to watch every one in the family cry when they were made to sit in the chair for cutting the birthday cake. Quite opposite to the previous statement, babloo was heartily smiling and started his mumbo jumbo.

Then entered the photographer with a camera in hand and clicked few shots. But my tiny brother who’s always in his world is reluctant to the idea of photography. He was very much interested in the birthday cake, the moment anyone gets away from his place he tries hard to touch the cake. Then we all surrounded to sing the birthday song and made fanatic auguries and uttering to prevent him from touching the cake. At last, my grandfather joined the party and made babloo cut the cake. Delighted with our songs, babloo started jumping and screaming all the way. This made the photographer click many photos. We all gathered and made heavy noises and had our supper.

Sunday fun with Siri and Keerti!!!!

Sunday fun with Siri and Keerti!!!!

Akka Hazare!!!!! You might be shocked to hear because we heard about the revolutionary fighter Anna Hazare but not Akka Hazare. Let me introduce you to my good friend Sirisha, who actively participated in the protests against the corruption along with many of the youngsters. But what makes the difference of she being the noted protestant is the coverage and blog written by NDTV reporter T.S. Uma Sudhir. He reported his personal experience with Sirisha’s encounter. And thus it made her Akka Hazare in her college by her college mates. That is a small intro about Sirisha malayala, my friend and a junior.

Tsunami!!!!! You’re thinking tsunami in Hyderabad isn’t it? No way how can there be a tsunami in the place where not even a beach exists. Then what it is all about? Yes, let me tell you it’s regarding my best friend Keerti Chavan. My brain eater, journalist, crusader and a critic who is always there for me. Of course, pretty dancer who makes every one go crazy. That about my buddies at Aurora.

So, What!!! Everyone has friends in their life and what’s new about it?
I know you all might be thinking in this way. But few memories though short but still sweeter and sweetest made me to write this blog. That’s all and it is about Sunday fun with Siri and Keerti!!!!

Made a plan to meet at Aurora’s steps that is behind the main block as the adda for meeting. But kya karoooo, ey Surya Dev tho gharmi ka season mey ek khadam bi pichey nahi chutta…..it made us to meet at Keerti’s place. And as usual am always late for the meeting. Then started our voyage to none-other than so called heaven of Hyderabad…Imax theatre. Chalo jab scooty mey traveling hey tho, especially for a girl like me it is a very big tension that too with pillion rider like Keerti chavan on a sunny day with a great speed on the road. Siri, the ardent follower of rules and regulations was driving at a very low speed that made us reach faster than her.

So called we friends, though parents told us to have lunch in the home, dint care and entered the Den Mc.Donalds and were really shocked to see all the seats occupied. Stunned with this we had to wait and at last one family showed concern and made way for us. Sharing the so called burgers, ice creams, drinks we had lunch. Then the clock ticked 3, so we ran towards the ticket booking stall and learnt the great news that all the shows are houseful. Then started the debate where to go…to spend time. After jotting many points, we understood that there is no nearby place. And we entered Prasads, with a hope to enjoy. As we entered were shocked to see an igloo in the entrance. Then up on investigated just found that it’s a Free Coke Mela. So there is no use in regretting now, since we already paid and stomach would obviously burst out. And then started sharing all our problem, sweet moments, gossiping, plans etc. then suddenly!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Entered Abhilasha thakur, the so called high energy machine in life sciences who mesmerizes with her talks and looks. Spent some time with her talking. As the burgers were not enough we decided to have lunch. Went and decided to order a menu and thus ordered few items, but to our shock it really took 45 minutes for us to have our meals. That fortuned we were. Heheh….then played Truth and Dare that revealed many secrets of our gang and was really fun together. This made our day so lovely and unforgettable for spending the day and spending time in sharing ourselves. Dabbled in the official schedule was so badly immersed, this small time that I spent with Siri and Kerti made me happy. Love you all. Let’s have more sweet memories in future tooooo…..

Happy days

Happy days
…………………………………
Is it me who is sitting idle in the office just because there is no work? What happen to all my impishness in life? Where have those days gone? Those beautiful days filled with bunch of friends, chocolates, silly fights, cat fights, molly-coddle and love of all. Those beautiful days I miss in my life. Was going to office in the morning wherein I was encountered with a summer camp board and that turned me in to the nostalgia of child hood. Just thinking of the passing time, is making me to reminisce those Happy days of my child hood……………………………
Rain, the most awaited time for kids that fills the heart with joy, happiness and soft sprinkles of water. Remember the poem

Rain Rain Go away
Little Johnny wants to play
Come again other day
!!!!!
I don’t know about Johnny, but to myself would wait for the sprinkles of rain and misty fog to fall on me. There was a slight drizzle in the morning hours and my mom started waking me up to get ready for summer camp. Just nearby my home, there was a big church…so big enough for a tiny tot of second class to play…that’s me……. it was the time of summer, and was done with my exams. Every year in the church there would be VBS i.e. Vacation Bible School camp wherein kids would participate and celebrate the joyous days. It was the first day for me and a very first experience to go for a summer camp.
The church was filled with various trees big and small selection of flowers and fruits. As it was raining, it was giving a lovely experience to breathe in the fresh air from them. The clock tick 9 and we entered the hall where hundreds of kids were seated together to start the camp. Then Father of the church made us do prayer and asked us to join the prescribed classes which we wish to. All the naughty girls and guys like me were put in to the team of Clara, VBS volunteer. We were made to form train chain and made our way to the front side of the church. It was an open place and a pretty neat and spacious one where we can spread and play games. Then we started the vacation lessons of the summer camp. There were many competitions held in the classes, like the most active, the calmest, the most spontaneous and all. In order to get the prize I choose The Most Calm and the prize was Nataraja Pencil. ( Am a complete opposite to the prize) hehehe
We were taught holy verses from bibles, stories, drawings, paintings and variety of stuff that would keep us engaged the whole time. And again before we disperse to home, we were made to form a train chain and gather in the assembly hall. The last half-an-hour in the assembly hour is the most waiting time for kids, since it would be consisted of all kinds of songs, jingles, fun, games and lot more. Then at last, the stomach started making sounds sending the signals of hunger and we were given Samosa and a glass of Rasna. Let me tell you, Rasna was the drink which most of them in the child hood would go crazy for. After having them, we again would form a queue to have the Rasna. Caught up by the volunteers we were thrown out. Like that days passed and the time came for us to depart as the summer camp was finished. The last day was ceremonial one and many mockery shows, puppet shows were held for us to enjoy. …………..
Love those days….miss that fun……Beautiful memories of Life.
